Milestone II

  1. Use the Miro Chatbot Planner to outline your chatbot’s purpose, audience, and flow. Create a unique character for your chatbot, and establish a tone of voice that reflects its personality (For example, friendly, sassy, serious, etc..). Explain why you chose this personality and how it aligns with your chatbot’s goals.
  2. Create a Chatbot Using IBM Watson X: Your chatbot should have at least five actions that serve different user needs. At least one action should go beyond traditional responses to actively engage users. Examples: create a quiz and offer a reward based on the replies, organize a competition with a chance to win a prize, tell an interactive story, play a game, and create a poll.
  3. Supplement or Create a ‘Contact Us’ Page:
    • Provide helpful customer information such as FAQs, policy links, warranties, or contact details.
    • Ensure the chatbot can assist users with standard customer service requests.
  4. Deploy the Chatbot on Your Website:
    • Integrate your chatbot into your website and ensure it is functional and accessible.
    • Test the chatbot to make sure all actions work as expected
